What to Expect
Partner with a Mediasite Consultant to design a custom training course based on your team’s current knowledge, integrations, and desired outcomes. Custom Training is ideal when your organizational needs are unique to your industry or implementation and don’t align with other course offerings.
This service includes:
- Planning call with your Mediasite Consultant to develop a course curriculum
- Development of the Mediasite course material
- Remote or in-person training in your own Mediasite instance
- Guided instruction with a Mediasite Consultant
- Plenty of time for Q&A
Project Kick-Off
30-minute call to discuss your training objectives, training topics, logistics for training day and to schedule your session.
Training Session
- A private training session lasting up to 4 hours
- Guided instruction with a Mediasite Consultant
- Digital copies of a user guide that will serve as a reference tool after your course
- Plenty of time for Q&A with your Mediasite Consultant
Follow-Up
A 30-minute follow-up call will be scheduled about a week after your session to discuss any follow-up questions you may have.
