What do you do when a customer calls two days before their meeting asking for a webcast?
You act fast to coordinate a flight to South Carolina, setup a Mediasite Connect site, and execute a flawless event.
We received an urgent message on Jan. 13 from a client who was scheduled to hold an annual sales meeting in Puerto Rico with over 600 attendees on Jan. 16. Recent earthquakes in Puerto Rico required them to pivot. Many people couldn’t attend in-person so the client needed an online component.
The client went to work to secure a venue in South Carolina, AV services, and live streaming services via Mediasite Events to facilitate the interactive webcast.
Over 600 people viewed the meeting from home, in airports (they were stranded trying to get to Puerto Rico), and from their offices. The on-demand recording was made available within an hour of the completion of the meeting.
In the end we had a happy client, appreciative of the fast work.
