OK we swear we aren’t braggers, but we’re just too excited to not share. Mediasite Mosaic has won two more awards. It won best new “Lecture Capture/Screen Recording” in the THE Journal 2020 New Product Awards, and the Campus Technology 2020 New Product Awards. Just in time to wrap up the year!
Mosaic is our easily accessible lightweight app used for hybrid learning and remote work, and has become particularly useful for instructors and students to be able to easily create video lessons and assignments as they teach and learn from home. In the face of a new normal, Mosaic has helped schools pave the way for hybrid learning.
THE Journal and Campus Technology selected new products and technological innovations that aided the virtual learning experiences for students in 2020.
Mosaic enables teachers, students, trainers and remote workers to have a video studio at their fingertips and manage recordings from web conferencing tools. The app, when combined with My Mediasite, allows users to create great-looking videos and screencasts with just one click with their Macs or PCs.
“Congratulations to all of our winners – these products are making a difference for students, faculty and staff alike during an extraordinary time in ed tech. We’re pleased to recognize their contributions to the world of higher education with our inaugural New Product Awards,” said Rhea Kelly, executive editor of Campus Technology in a press release.
Earlier this summer, Mosaic also won the 2020 Future Best of Show InfoComm Special Edition Award by AV Technology.
