The votes are in, and we’re excited to be amongst the 2015 Streaming Media Readers’ Choice Awards finalists.
Mediasite by Sonic Foundry is a finalist for ‘Best Education Video Platform’ and ‘Best Webcasting/Presentation Solution (On-Premises).’ Winners will be announced Nov. 18 at Streaming Media West in Huntington Beach, Calif.
The awards, established in 2007 to honor the success of streaming technology and services companies fueling industry growth, are unique in that the winners are selected by the end users. This year’s awards had 249 nominees, and nearly 36,000 votes in 29 categories were cast. The top three vote-getters have been named as finalists in each category.
Mediasite has been honored with multiple awards by Streaming Media Readers since 2007, and it’s also been recognized in the Streaming Media Europe Readers’ Choice Awards. Streaming Media also named Sonic Foundry to its list of companies that matter most in online video last month.
